Church Live Stream is a private application used by The Church of Wells to manage live broadcasts and recordings. This policy describes what information we collect and how it is used.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your identity provider. We use this information to verify that you have been invited for access by an administrator.
When you use the service, we may record operational data such as broadcast metadata, viewing activity on shared links, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the platform.
We use collected information to authenticate users, authorize access, deliver live and recorded church content, and maintain the reliability and security of the service. We do not sell personal information.
Application data is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Video content is processed and delivered through Cloudflare Stream. Access is limited to authorized church staff and invited users.
We retain account and content data for as long as needed to operate the service or as directed by church administrators. Deleted accounts may be soft-deleted while retaining audit history required for administration.
Access to this application is invitation-only. If you no longer wish to use the service, contact a church administrator to revoke your access. You may sign out at any time from the application.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
