By accessing Church Live Stream, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

This application is provided for use by The Church of Wells and individuals explicitly invited by a church administrator. You must sign in with an approved Google account. Sharing credentials or attempting to access the service without authorization is prohibited.

Live streams, recordings, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the church. You may view and use content only for personal, non-commercial church-related purposes unless otherwise permitted by church leadership.

Do not copy, redistribute, or publicly republish church recordings except through features explicitly provided by the application, such as authorized share links.

You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or church policy.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted live streaming or permanent availability of any recording. Maintenance, outages, or technical limits may affect access.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The church and its service providers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
